Welcome to Asrın Beach Hotel. We are very happy to welcome you in our hotel. During your stay, with the awareness how important your holiday is, our staff will be in the attempt to make your holiday insatiable and unforgettable by offering you the highest service quality, activities of sports and entertainment that appeal to every age group and our food and beverage unites.

Check – in and check - out

The check – in time for our hotel has been determined as 14:00.  In order to prepare the room for our next guest on time, we will appreciate you to leave your room on your departure day latest at 12:00. You can store your luggage at our luggage room located behind the reception until your departure time. In cases the room is available,  guests who would like to use the room after 12:00 can renew their key cards at the reception by paying the fee. 


Identity Card

All guests over the age of 6 will be equipped with all-inclusive band as the Facility Identity Card. During your stay this band will  be the replacement of your ID inside   Asrin Beach Hotel, the beach and entrances to the facility and will be removed on your departure day.


Key Cards

Our room keys are also serving as the energy keys. Air-condition, television and light in your room will be operating when you put the key card into the socket located at the entrance of the room. In cases your room key card is lost please inform the Reception. 


Room Services

The room is cleaned daily, while the bend sheets and towels are changed every third day. Towels left on the floor will carry the message “Change” while hanging towels will carry the meaning of “I will use it again”. If you do not want to anybody to enter your room with mould be enough to put the “Do not disturb” card which is hanging on the door handle. It is not allowed to take and use the towels outside the room.


Mini bar

In the minibars in your room you can find complementary 2 0,5 lt of water. 


Valuable Belongings

Hotel management is not responsible for the lost belongings that our guest bring along with. You can use the safety deposit boxes in your room for a daily fee in order to store your valuable belongings securely. 



For service for a doctor or a nurse please contact reception.


Guest Relation Officer

Our Guest Relation Officer will be at your service questions and problems about our hotel between 09:00 – 17:00. You can get in contact by dealing “0” reception. 





During your stay you will be able to host your friends who have come to visit you by informing the reception and for a fee.    


Rent a car

For meeting your rentals car demands please apply to the reception. 


Shopping Stores

A boutique, market and a photographer shop is taking place in out hotel’s shopping area.


Wake – Up Service

You can leave a wake – up call message to the reception or the operator by dealing “0” “


Exchange Currency

You can exchange currency at the reception 24 hours a day.

Check – in time is 14:00, check – out time is 12:00.


For late check in please ask the reception until 12:00 one day before your departure.
